1 Who We Are

ASMR Bloom ("we", "us", or "our") is a mobile application available on the Apple App Store. For any privacy-related questions you can reach us at support@asmrbloom.app.

2 Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide and improve the app.

Information you provide directly:

• Email address and name when you create an account
• Messages you send us through the in-app support form

Information collected automatically:

• App usage data (screens visited, features used, session duration)
• Device type, operating system version, and app version
• Crash reports and performance diagnostics
• Purchase and subscription status
• Push notification interaction data (if you grant permission)

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, camera, or microphone data.

3 How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and sync preferences across devices
• To process and validate your in-app purchases and subscriptions
• To send you important service updates and respond to support requests
• To understand how the app is used so we can fix bugs and improve features
• To send optional push notifications (only if you opt in)
• To comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

4 Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted third-party providers to operate the app. Each has its own privacy policy.

• Supabase — account authentication and database storage
• RevenueCat — subscription and in-app purchase management
• PostHog — product analytics and feature flags
• Sentry — error tracking and performance monitoring
• OneSignal — push notifications (only if you opt in)

These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually bound to handle it securely and only for the purposes we specify.

5 Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers located in the United States and European Union. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised team members on a need-to-know basis.

While we take reasonable precautions, no system is perfectly secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

6 Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g. transaction records for tax purposes, which are kept for up to 7 years).

7 Children's Privacy

ASMR Bloom is not directed at children under 13 years of age (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8 Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — request that inaccurate data be corrected
• Deletion — request that your data be deleted ("right to be forgotten")
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection — object to certain types of processing
• Withdraw consent — opt out of push notifications at any time in your device settings

9 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you via the app or by email. Your continued use of ASMR Bloom after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
